I am located in Richmond, VA, and offer both in-person and online therapy sessions to accommodate your needs.

Online therapy is conducted through a secure video platform, allowing you to meet with me from the comfort of your own home or a private space. Sessions are similar to in-person therapy, where we engage in meaningful conversations and therapeutic interventions to support your healing and growth.

Yes, I offer in-person sessions in Richmond, VA. If you prefer to meet face-to-face, we can schedule sessions in my office, providing a safe and supportive space for our work together.

My private pay fees are as follows:
Individual counseling: $80 - $145 per session, depending on your needs and the session length.
Couples counseling: $175 per session.
EMDR intensive: $300 per 90 minutes.
Couples intensive: $300 per 90 minutes.
I may accept insurance, and if you're using out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance provider. Self check your benefits HERE.

During your first appointment, we will discuss your current challenges, goals for therapy, and establish a collaborative plan for our work together. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, get comfortable with the process, and begin exploring the areas of your life where you’d like to see change.

The length of therapy varies for each individual, depending on your goals and the issues you're working to address. Some clients may find relief after a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing support. We will regularly assess your progress and adjust the course of therapy as needed.

A good faith estimate is a clear, upfront estimate of the total cost of therapy, provided to you before services begin. This estimate helps ensure transparency regarding your financial commitment and allows you to make informed decisions about your care.
